While NEW, the outer seal and box have suffered during shelf life and storage. While still Sealed and never opened or attempted to open, the plastic (more like cellophane) wrap has split and is wrinkled in other places. I have shown this is photos of the actual unit. While plastic outer seal has torn, it can also be seen it is intact enough that the box could never ever have been opened to any degree. I have now protected the outer seal from further deterioration by wrapping with paper. Box itself has also got a few age wrinkles too.
